We can hear those sighs of relief coming from all over the world! We’ve been writing songs for this new album since April last year. We spent loads of time working each track musically and lyrically, to really make sure that people would hear the progression in the music from the last albums and also the change in the way we are writing lyrics and expressing our praise and worship. Many of the tracks were re-written several times before we were happy that they were “album ready”. We wanted to make sure that when people hear the album, that their response is “this was worth the wait”. The album was mixed in Nashville in the USA by Sean Moffitt who is one of the biggest talents in the USA. Chris Stevens (mix engineer and producer on the Hillsong United Aftermath album amongst MANY others) assisted with producing the album and it was mastered by arguably the best company in the world – Sterling Sound. The result is the best album we have ever produced! The sound is fresh, more digital than the previous albums and certainly a whole new direction for the band. The melodies are catchy and the lyrics will have you singing along by the second chorus. Pastor Theo has said that in his opinion, the album is one of the best worship albums available right now, across all albums, local and international.
